Herbal Remedies Made with Care

Plants are our original healers, our oldest allies. We have evolved alongside them, and our well-being is deeply intertwined. As part of my practice, I craft herbal remedies that work with the spirit of the plant.

I had the honor of learning Western herbal medicine from three phenomenal teachers in Canada: Paul Saunders, Anthony Godfrey, and John Redden. From their foundational teachings over 20 years ago, I have continued to develop my connection with the plant realms, and I love the creativity and process in formulating remedies for physiological, emotional, and spiritual health and well-being.

Collaborating with Plant spirits

My approach not only takes into account the biochemical impact of plants on our bodies, but it is also shamanic in nature, viewing each plant as a conscious ally. This is a heart-centered practice focused on connecting with the plant's spirit. I listen and collaborate to create remedies that do more than just alleviate symptoms; they help restore balance and wholeness on a deep level.

The Process

Every bottle is filled with care and love. I begin with organic or lovingly wildcrafted plants. The process of creating each tincture, tea blend, or oxymel is then tended with focused intention over one to two months. This isn't mass production; it's a slow, deliberate alchemy where the remedies are imbued with the energy of their purpose.

Taste the Magic

A few times a year, I create a special herbal formula available for purchase. These formulas are suitable for most people, meaning that they are harmonizing and balancing in nature with little to no risk of side effects. They contain between one and four plants and speak directly to the current needs I see in my practice. Recently, I've made:
